PTD CAPITAL LLC PTD-ARC-2020-010 CONTINUITY PLANNING MEMORANDUM Original record date: 18 May 2020 Recorded author: Portfolio Operations Reconstructed edition: 16 October 2026 / Version 2.0 / Open 01 / Minimum operating boundary The institutional history records an internal continuity programme in 2020. The retained archive description identifies minimum staffing, reporting and supplier continuity as its subjects. This reconstructed memorandum sets out the review method attached to that description. It does not assert a disruption, incident or recovery that is absent from the source record. Continuity begins with a limited list of activities that must remain available. Each activity needs a responsible role, the records required to carry it out and the input on which it depends. A statement that an entire company will continue is too broad to support a practical review. The useful unit is an identifiable service, handover or technical task. 02 / Capacity and dependencies The review records the primary role and an alternate, without treating an unconfirmed alternate as available capacity. A missing confirmation remains an open item. Work requiring a specific technical qualification must retain that requirement when it is reassigned. Supplier dependency is recorded at the item or service level. The file identifies the activity affected, the next decision date and any alternative that has actually been reviewed. A proposed substitute is not an accepted substitute. Procurement delay, unavailable equipment and missing documentation therefore remain distinct reasons for waiting. The monitoring sheet keeps deferred work beside essential work. Deferral records the reason and the next review boundary. It does not automatically cancel the task or remove its dependency from the wider operating plan. 03 / Reporting and recovery The working record needs to remain accessible to the role responsible for the service. Access, version and fallback location should be tested separately. A file existing in an archive does not prove that the person carrying out an intervention can retrieve the accepted version. Recovery is sequenced. The file identifies which activity can restart, which input must be available first and what evidence will establish that the activity has returned to its accepted scope. A restart decision is distinct from subsequent delivery. Unresolved exceptions remain attached to the task after the wider review closes. 04 / Review discipline At each review, the owner records what changed, what remained unavailable and what decision is required next. The earlier boundary is retained. Later reporting methods may improve the record, but their categories must not be backdated as if they existed in the original file.
