Hypermega is a structured cultural data and production initiative for licensed contemporary-art material used in artificial-intelligence research and training.

How it works
Authorise
A use schedule identifies the permitted purpose, territory, duration and restrictions. Unresolved permission is a hold condition, not a missing administrative detail.
Capture
The capture record connects source files, technical settings, transformations and quality checks to the work. Each derivative remains traceable to its source.
Release
An approved dataset release receives a manifest, a rights snapshot and a version. Corrections or restrictions create a new release record rather than silently rewriting the earlier one.

Reporting Method Revised
The reporting method for artist production moved to a new version after the team identified a classification that was not applied consistently across the available records.
Priority Changed
The operating sequence was revised so that approve the common capture and rights schedule became the next recorded priority. The change followed the current capacity and dependency review.

The high-resolution cultural capture workstream entered its next controlled phase after its owner, evidence requirement and acceptance boundary were confirmed.
